Backorder Disclaimer

Due to the current volatility of container shipping costs and rising steel prices, all products that are out of stock may be subject to a price increase. All charges must be paid in full before products will be allowed to ship. In any case where the price of a product increases due to these factors, MOTOOLTECH  is willing to issue a full refund for that product.

Shipping Policy

Items Marked as Free Shipping

The free shipping terms and conditions vary according to product and delivery specifics. Free shipping applies to the lower 48 states on eligible products. Additional charges may apply for lift gate delivery or rural shipping addresses. A Delivery Area Surcharge (DAS) fee may apply for remote locations. Customers may avoid these charges by choosing terminal delivery, in which the customer is responsible for unloading the purchased product.

The lower 48 states exclude Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. For shipments to these locations, additional freight charges will apply.

Shipping / Delivery Policy

UPS and FedEx Ground deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present, unless otherwise requested.

MOTOOLTECH  will email the contact person listed on the billing address after the product ships. This email will contain shipping details, including the shipping or trucking company name, phone number, and tracking number. Orders requiring freight delivery will have a delivery notice added to the order. The trucking company will call to schedule a delivery window.

Delivery Timing

MOTOOLTECH  does not reimburse for lost rental fees for forklift rentals, nor does it compensate for missed deliveries or missed delivery appointments. Freight shipments are unique, and delivery appointments may need to be rescheduled. If you require products by a certain date, please contact Customer Service to verify availability. All listed shipping times are estimates. Specific delivery dates and/or time frames cannot be guaranteed.

Product Warranty / Warranty Disclaimer

Every product sold by MOTOOLTECH  is brand new, unless otherwise specified, and is backed by the full manufacturer's warranty. The product warranty varies by manufacturer and product type. The consumer is responsible for any shipping costs not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover any product or part subjected to misuse, abuse, modification, negligence, or accident.

Product Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. You must request a return authorization from our Customer Service department by calling +1 888-884-4909 or emailing contact@MOTOOLTECHUS.COM

Return Conditions:

• Merchandise must be in new condition, including all original packaging.
• Customers will be charged for shipping both ways.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
• Include a copy of your original invoice with your return.
• Securely pack the product and return it prepaid to the designated shipping location.

Limitation of Liability

MOTOOLTECH  shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if MOTOOLTECH  has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Typographical/Image Errors

In the event that a MOTOOLTECH  product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, MOTOOLTECH  reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable upon accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. MOTOOLTECH  may terminate these terms without notice at any time, for any reason.

MOTOOLTECH  may deliver notice to you via email, a general notice on the site, or other reliable methods to the address provided by you.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Arizona, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding shall be in the state or federal courts located in Tucson, Arizona.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner on the site, including via email or chat, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including MOTOOLTECH  employees, is prohibited. You may not upload or distribute defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content.
