Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. All products and parts include tracking numbers for your convenience, Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- In case of high order volumes, please expect potential delays. If a significant delay is anticipated, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- 7–21 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
- Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather events, holidays, or carrier disruptions.

These carriers ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly.
Unloading Requirements
For smooth and safe unloading of your products, appropriate equipment and facilities are necessary. This includes a forklift or crane to handle the equipment once it arrives.
If your location does not have the required unloading equipment, we offer an alternative. You may opt for delivery via a flatbed truck with crane service for an additional $80 fee. This service will include the use of a crane to unload the equipment from the truck.
Please ensure that your delivery location has:
- Sufficient space for maneuvering the equipment.
- Level ground or a loading dock to facilitate the unloading process.
- In cases of home delivery, the unloading requirements remain the same.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MOTOOLTECH is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or any other fees incurred during shipping. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Claims
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. In the event of damage, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.
